The Apple World Developer Keynote (WWDC) is regulated to take place on June 9, 2025 at 10:00 Pacific time.
In Keynote, Apple is widely expected to announce the next major versions of iOS, iPados, MacOS, Watchos, TVOS, Visionos, and Homepod software. That is always possible we can see some surprise announcements too.
WWDC keynote day also when Apple is likely to release the first developer beta for their various platforms, which allows developers (and end users who are enthusiastic about the developer account) first at the new software. Public release from Apple new software is likely to occur this fall.
You can watch the keynote directly on the Apple website at 10:00 Pacific time. Our past experience is that direct streaming on the Apple website offers audio descriptions; To activate the audio description on iOS, open settings> accessibility> audio description, and make sure the switch is set to ‘on’.
After Keynote, Alex Hall, a team alumni and Applevis friend, will return to share what promises to become an interesting and informative event recap. And ahead of the middle of the week, we will release the Extra #108 Applevis (both in the form of podcast and transcript) to discuss keynote and further damaged news. We hope you will enjoy this content as much as we enjoy producing and dividing it with you.
