Sirvoy + booking.com Integration update to simplify your work

If you register your property at Booking.com, you know how important it is to keep things smoothly between your order platform and your hospitality management system. That’s why Sirvoy launched three new updates that give you more control, save time, and help ensure your number is always accurate.

1. Tax & Cost? Now they are imported automatically

Sirvoy now automatically imports the cost and fixed tax from Booking.com as extra – so you no longer have to enter it manually.

It means:

Your total booking.com reservation will match what you see on Sirvoy.

Telpise risk is less than the announcement or excess of guest costs.

✅ No more check and adjust to the hand.

If your tax and fees are included in the night rate, there is nothing you need to do. But if you add it above, make sure the tax arrangements and costs at sirvoy and booking.com are suitable. This keeps everything synchronous.

2. Virtual Credit Card Balance (VCC) – Now displayed in ordering

Checking the balance and charging of VCC from Booking.com becomes easier—If you use Stripe and Sirvoy Vault. Sirvoy now displays the VCC balance and the activation date right in the order details, so you never guess.

This is how it works:

• If Booking.com provides balance, you will see it at Sirvoy.
• Zero VCC balance? Not a problem – Booking.com does not always send updates.
• You can still fill in the VCC safely at Sirvoy after the activation date, even if the displayed balance shows zero.

This update deletes the allegation and helps you manage VCC payments with more confidence.

3. Further control over your order window

Now you can determine how far the guests can order through booking.com.

With two new settings on Sirvoy, you can:

• Min face reservation -Some close to check-in guests can order.
• Max Advance Reservation -Am away in front of the check-in guests can order.

This is based on what you have set on Booking.com, if something is determined there. If not, Sirvoy will use your default ordering machine Order window settings instead. You can adjust it anytime on the booking.com connection page or befall it per tariff.

💡 Notes: If your maximum progress reservation exceeds the booking.com limit, Sirvoy will automatically close it on a maximum of 360 days.
