Sirvoy product update: what’s new from Q3 2025


Q3 was peak season for many of you, and a quieter time for us behind the scenes. Even though many of our teams are taking time off, we’re happy to have a strong list of updates to make Sirvoy work better for you and your guests.

From self check-in to Smarter refunds (plus some long-awaited features), here’s what we’ve done.

Payments & accounts

From making refunds to recharging your balance, we have made everyday tasks clearer.

  • New refund, no more vacancies – There is now a refund button for all payment methods, right inside every order. Refund links back to original payment for easy tracking. And because refunds provide better results, the old “cancel” option has been removed.
  • New, more secure password settings – New users now set their own password when logging in for the first time, so no more emailed passwords. This is safer And easier, right from the start. The password reset email has also been updated to make the re-login process quicker.
  • The refill page shows exactly what to pay – It’s not always clear that recharging your account via invoice incurs a fee—and that doesn’t sit right with us. So we’ve updated the page to include fees in the total, make it clear before you pay.

Coming in Q4:

  • The checkout page is being redesigned – The layout will suit the clean and modern design of the table Guest pagemaking it easier to scan and use. You can also export the list to a CSV file whenever you need.

Self check-in & guest experience

Self-check-in is here, along with some helpful improvements to make it easier to use.

  • Self check-in for your guests – You can now enable self check-in from Guest Portal settings, allowing guests to handle their own check-in without adding work for your team.
  • Automatic check-in confirmation – You can set an email or SMS to be sent automatically as soon as a guest checks in, either by your team or via self-check-in. Perfect for sending welcome messages, Wi-Fi details, or room access info.
  • Guest Portal on your website – That Guest Portal can now be added to yours Website Builder site with one switch. Perfect when combined with self check-in, so guests can book and check-in all from the same page.

Everything else you need to know

From accessibility improvements to custom domains, here’s what else we’re working on.

  • New calendar connection (iCal): Campio – field now supported as a calendar connection, perfect for camping and outdoor stays, especially in Europe. This one was added thanks to your request. Let them come! We’re always happy to help connect you with channels and travelers that suit your business.
  • Better accessibility across the board – We’ve improved Sirvoy’s accessibility so everyone can use it comfortably. The calendar is now fully navigable with the keyboard, with clearer visuals to show what’s clickable, but that’s just the most obvious example of the changes happening across Sirvoy.

Coming in Q4:

  • Refreshed login experience – A simpler and more secure login flow is on the way. It will work better across devices, with fewer SMS codes and fewer steps. Logging in will be easier, without compromising security.
  • Custom domain for Website Builder – Soon, you will be able to connect your own domain to yours Website Builder location. This is one of our most requested features and makes your site feel more like your own.

Tools to help you shape Sirvoy

We make it easy for you to get feedback as we build.

  • User research invitations (watch out!) – You may see a quick pop-up asking if you’re willing to join a short research session. If it appears, it means your business fits something we’re exploring, so we’d really appreciate your input. And if you are chosen, you will get it credit added to your account as a thank you.

Looking ahead: A new Booking Engine is on the way

We’re working on a complete redesign of the Booking Engine, built from the ground up using feedback you’ve shared with us. Guests will find it easier to use and give you more control behind the scenes.

The goal is to make booking directly with you the best experience possible, so you get more direct bookings. This is a big project, and we need your help to make it happen. Look out for opportunities to join our research sessions.
