Sirvoy feature update – March 2025

March is a busy thing, and it brings some interesting improvements – especially when coming to manage guest relations.

Beta Guest Relationship (CRM) has received a stable increase, thanks to your feedback. We have also added a number of smaller features, making tweak performance behind the scenes, and began to put the foundation for some things that we really like to share immediately.

Main Update – Large Goods

Guest relationship tool (beta) – now even better

Managing guest relationships becomes much easier. With Guest relationship toolYou can see a history of guest bookings, recognize visitors who return, and even block guests who have problems when needed.

Since launching Beta, we have made improvements based on your feedback! Here are some of the biggest changes so far:

• Re -book and new ordering button -The found on the booking page and guest profile, this shortcut began a new booking with guest details and the previously filled rooms.
• It’s better to restore guest logic – A guest was marked as Return After doing two orders – even if nothing happens. Now, they only get the label after finishing.

Large refactoring behind the scenes

In March, we wrapped a large system throughout the system refactoring– A upgrade under the lid that made Sirvoy faster, more reliable, and easier to build.

Change Log – Small but Useful Tweak

• Google Hotel Ads: Because of changes on Google, Sirvoy’s integration with Google Hotel ADS has moved to CLICK-CLICK BUDERS MODEL (CPC). This means you will now be charged every time someone clicks on your ad, rather than an order.
• New back button: We have added A back button Right under the bread crumbs on each page to make navigation easier. Small changes, but what we think will make a difference!

Here are some things that we are working on next:

🚀 Filter on the guest page – We added new filtering options To help you sort and manage guest profiles more efficiently. This also puts the foundation for CSV exports in the future.
