Sirvoy is always about sincere hospitality. Back in 2008, when Birgitta Persson opened his hostel, his son Mats, Ola and John built the first version of Sirvoy to make it easier for him to live. The available systems are then too complicated, so they create something simple and clear enough to be managed by themselves. The same principle has guided us since then.

So when it comes to redesign our website, Mats Persson, Sirvoy CEO and co-founder together with his siblings, have simple but strong observations. Our old site, he said, felt “like walking to the lobby of a quiet bank, polished but far.” Not the feeling we want to give to our host community.
